I love photographing families, and I've had the pleasure of photographing this lovely family in the past, before their little daughter Abbie came along. And also a maternity session just before she was born. It was so fantastic to photograph them all together in this studio setting in my home, for this family photo shoot. Lots of love and laughter during this session, and wee Cullen even made some gluten free cupcakes for me! (with a tiny bit of help from his Mum). Ah my heart just melts ...
Deanna approached The Two Robbies Breakfast Show at The Breeze radio station. She wanted to get a big family photo done with her Nana. As the family are from the area, we thought Pukekohe Hill would be a great spot to get the shots. High up and on a bit of a breezy but beautiful day they all gathered. What a neat family and I'm so pleased that I was able to give them images of them all with Nana, who I fell a little bit in love with! Thanks to Robert Scott and Robert Rakete from the show for thinking of me for this special Win a Wish. Its good to be able to give back.
Deanna who started the ball rolling when she got in touch with The Two Robbies
Tailored to your child, these Bespoke sessions are all about the kids. Suited to the teen years but even a bit younger, the kids can bring a mixture of outfits to the session, to give them lots of different looks, and also depending on age can offer age appropriate makeup. The girls love to have a browse through my frou frou props, and are always keen to give the tulle frocks a whirl. It can be a great confidence booster, and the kids tend to love these sessions, because It's all about them!
Lots of love and laughter with Pip and Nigel at their gorgeous Gracehill Vineyard wedding. Thanks so much to Kate from TopKat photography for second shooting for me.
I shot this lovely family before their new little girl Abbie came along and then did Maternity photo's before she was born. And here they are all together! I love shooting families. Lots of fun on this session which we did in a studio setting in my home.
Rochelle and Dan married at the stunning Cascade Kauri Park in Waitakere.
A beautiful, relaxed, and loving wedding.
Oh I am so behind in my blog... I've been a wee bit busy this summer with work, which is great for me, because I love what I do. Not so great for my poor blog which has been very neglected. Ive been very fortunate to cover some really beautiful weddings this summer and here is a little sample... Starting with Vikki and Damien.
Congratulations Vikki and Damien!
Just before Christmas I was privileged to photograph another birth. Mum had a very long and hard labour, and had a c section in the end. Although it would have been wonderful to be able to have photographed in the OR, understandably, its not very often that someone like me would be allowed to. I'm happy to say that little Sebastian was born safe and well, and yes... I got all clucky again!
I did a little "Brand New" session at home a week later.
A perfect little man... a perfect Christmas present. ~Liz~
Christmas presents for Mum's Dad's and Grandparents can sometimes be hard to decide on, but there is one thing that never fails. Family photo's .... A few I did before Christmas, including my own kids... which was a mission and a half!
Sibling shoots are always fun, and always a winner with Mum and Dad!
And of course my lovely kids. Although we did have a few "out-takes"!
I love photographing families! We all come in such different sizes and forms, but at the end of the day... however your family came to be, it always makes me smile to see those images on the wall ... why not talk to me about a family session ~ Liz~
I was so lucky to be able to photograph Angela a week before she gave birth to a beautiful little girl.
And not forgetting little Cullen who is now a big brother...!
